Getting Here 

We recommend flying into Mexico City first, then taking a direct flight of about 45 minutes to Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport. Some travelers may also find direct flights to Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo from select destinations across Central and North America.

 

If you prefer ground travel, you can take a long-distance bus from Mexico City, which is convenient and takes around 10 hours.

 

Upon arrival, we suggest renting a car at the airport. The roads are well-maintained, and having your own vehicle allows you to explore the region at your own pace. The drive from Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Airport to our location is roughly an hour.
